Step 1: Remove 4 wheels and its associated hardware on X rail (left side of printer, X+) as shown.

Step 2: Place offset adjustment spacers to the side for later use.

Step 3: Evenly space screws, lock washers, and t-nuts. Suggest using 350mm long MGN12H linear rails (2 total required)

Step 4: Place linear rain on top of 2040 frame and hold in place with alignment clips.

Step 5: Align end of rail approximately with belt bearing block.

Step 6: Install Rail Block and loosely install mount with M3X8 black screws. Do not tighten at this time.

Step 7: Install two OEM M5X30 screws and two OEM offset spacers. Rotate spacers until they recess into X carriage flange. Loosely tighten and rotate the spacers until they allow the carriage to drop down slightly. Finish tightening M5 screws then the

Step 8: Repeat steps 1-7 for display side. Place rail up against Y-Axis end stop.

Step 8: Adjust pullies on both motors up or down such that the belts no longer rub against each other.

Step 10: Tilt Y-Axis end stop probe down to prevent collision. Remove down side rail bump stops that may have been included with your linear rails. Re adjust Y-axis end stops and bed leveling.
